We stayed in North River, Buck Island, last night

This is our morning sunrise!

 Bob and I are getting ready to pass a huge barge on
the Alligator River....yikes!

The sailboat behind us is probably a little nervous
About an hour ago he hit bottom but managed to get out
right away

Today we crossed the Abermarle Sound and boy was it in a bad mood!   We were all over the place!  I was very grateful when we finally dropped anchor!

Tonight we are staying in a new place on the Pungo River and I really like it.  It is right off the ICW just before where the Pungo and Alligator Rivers meet, so it won't take us long to get back on the way in the a.m.
